• The mission is not a legal entity and can perform entrepreneurship on the territory of Republic of Belarus only on behalf of and by order of the organization it represents.
• The mission can be both of commercial and non-commercial foreign organization.
• Authorized fund is not formed. For every month of mission’s activity, a duty at the rate, provided by legislation is payed.
• The mission works on the basis of regulations.
• The mission is led by the head of office, who is appointed by the head of foreign organization and who acts by power of attorney, incorporated in stated order;
• Actions connected with opening of mission can be performed by the person, authorized by power of attorney, incorporated in stated order.
