Registration of association

The main information on the registration of this type of legal from:

• Association it is non-commercial organization.
• For creation of association in Republic of Belarus it is necessary:
   - For international association not less than ten founders from Belarus and not less than three founders (participants) from one or several foreign states and also presence on the territory of this states organizational structures of this international association;
  - For republic association not less than ten founders (participants) from majority regions of Republic of Belarus and from Minsk.
  - For local association – not less than ten founders (participants) from majority of political units of the territory, on which will spread the activity of this association;
• Legal entities can’t be participants of association.
• Authorized fund of association is not being formed.
• Legal address of association can be situated in uninhabited premises only.
• The superior authority of association is congress, conference, general meeting or any other meeting of association participants or its representatives (delegates). The authority of association must consist of not less than three participants of association.
