Registration of private unitary enterprise

The main information on the registration of this type of legal form:

• Only one legal entity or private person can be an owner of enterprise.
• Both resident and non-resident of Republic of Belarus can be owner of enterprise.
• Enterprise can both use and don’t use foreign investment. In case of registration of enterprise with foreign investment authorized fund must be formed during two years from the date of registration in the amount of not less than 20 000 $ USD. And the first part of it must be formed during the first year of enterprise’s activity.
  In case of registration of enterprise without foreign investment, the amount of authorized fund is not estimated by the legislation.
• Authorized fund can be formed by means of bank deposit to which will be transferred the sum of authorized fund. The fund also can be formed at the expense of property evaluated in accordance with legislation.
• Legal address of enterprise can be situated not only in uninhabited premises, but also according to the owner’s place of residence by consent of all adults. And also at the place of location of any other living space which belongs to the owner. In case of legal address of enterprise is situated in the living space, running costs will be calculated without benefits provided for natural person.
• The founder of the enterprise has the right to be the head of it and also provide enterprise’s accounting alone by himself.
